The Korean Cultural Center in Cluj-Napoca was launched in 31 May 2007 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FSEGA) building of Babes-Bolyai University. It was the tenth year since the Korean language program first started in the Faculty of Letters. This relocation was meant to foster sharing of Korean Culture, Arts, and language more effectively and wider in the Romanian society. It opened with the name, Korean Cultural Center of Cluj-Napoca (KCCC) and ran by the visiting Korean professor Park Youngsuk until the spring 2010. Since Professor Park’s departure the new KCCC Program has been designed to continue its activities by means of the cyber interactions for those, who are interested in learning Korean language and civilization.
